Projects
Throughout college I've found my passion for real estate and commercial development. The Boston College Corcoran Center for Real Estate and Urban Action has given me the opportunity to work on two real world development projects. I would love to thank Professor Neil McCullagh and Professor Edward Chazen for their guidance and support!
Codman Square Business District
Spring 2021
With the guidance of Professor McCullagh, our group of 8 students did research to make proposals for the leaders of the Codman Square Business District. Codman Square, located in Dorchester, MA, has recently passed an initiative to create a Business District which gives residents and visitors alike a reason to stay in the area. Using data collected from business owner interviews, demographics, vacancy analysis, and a resident survey, invested parties influenced proposals to improve Codman Square. With the help of the Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation, these concepts were able to start implementation.
